This recording has been sitting in my personal music archive for 22 years! We were gigging in the French alps for four months with funk\pop bands.

We met two Russian musicians playing a duo gig at a small venue. I forget their names. A violin and guitar player, both incredible musicians.

We were doing 10 pop gigs a week for après ski. We invited the Russians to play at our extra Sunday jazz gig with Dan Moore on keys, Will on drums from London and myself on bass. After we partied till very late and then the two Russian Jedi musicians drove off into a huge snow storm in a Lord of The Rings moment.

Hope you enjoy this never heard before recording.
